I started a few days ago on a project without a pattern or anything special in hand. I got some fabric for .50 from a roadside yard sale. I had been looking at dresses that were both expensive like Modcloth and from Sammydress that were inexpensive. I am not that talented at sewing, but I always wanted to complete one thing. Even though I am not perfect, I have persistently been alert and working through this little idea. It's not going to fit perfectly, but maybe it'll be a work of art when I get finished with it.

Here's a little example of how I am working on it. I am using a backstitch with a 1/2 stitch and going up the sides. I folded both of the excess on the edges and did a backstitch the same way entirely by hand. For the top, I am tucking the fold evenly around and getting just enough threads from the fabric as I can to make it look neat. I got inspired by a beautiful goddess Diana the huntress embroidery I was doing.

I am not trying to be perfect since I am not completely perfect as a human being. My life experience has really been a challenge since childhood. My purpose to doing this is to gain more of a lateral and a linear type of perspective. I had an allergic reaction to some medication prior to 2005 that left me with tartative dyskenesive spasms in the neck. Things aren't like they used to be and it's a cool way to help that area out as I learn something new. Here's a few pics of project and idea. Remember again, I am not perfect and don't profess to be and I don't regard anything like this as a fail. If you regard any work as fail, you are naturally going to fail and fail again...life is about mistakes and trying to gain perspective of somethings and once you learn, you move on to something else whether a smaller project or a larger.

Look on wikipedia and you will notice there are terribly written entries. The entries are made up words with suffixes and prefixes written terribly in sentences not making any sense.

There's a new trend around which misuses words. It's in the speeches of politicians, journalists, and mainly people who need to take ESL language to learn English again and they aren't immigrants.

The new trend starts by using ism.
Ism is a prefix used when describing a theory in some way or another. Theories aren't facts, they are a supposed notion of something. Another definition of ism is like mysticism. The study of.

The suffix ist is used to describe an individual in a certain area of. Some words misused are individualist. Why can't you just say individual? Individuals that have been through college and had English 101 and 102 are not individualists. They aren't individualists because they learn how to speak. The suffix ist is used to used as an individual that is active in something. People work as a team even if they are individuals. They aren't individualists because they wouldn't work well in being active as being an individual if they are used in a particular way to be active. I am an activist as an individual in many areas. The sentence I just mentioned means I work as an individual being an activist: a person taking action in many ways.

My grandmother was an English teacher in middle school and always corrected my English. Growing up, my mother corrected my English too. It is not fair for individuals to speak in these ways on television and other media if they don't speak in English correctly.

Closing, I have noticed a ton of terrible words used in sentences and I hope that individuals will really learn to speak to others in such a way to regard English as America's language instead of prefix and suffix land.

The quality of sleep that you have can determine the day you will have prior. Try to get plenty of sleep the night before. Individuals that are working have anxiety over multiple things and not the production of work they are doing. Providing quality production to your boss ensures a better placement of work later on in your career.

There isn't any task more important than the smaller task when you go to work. A factory job pays the same amount of wages as a registered nurse or general practitioner. Those are basic white collar jobs individuals have. Certain manufacturers of the car industry pay anywhere from 11.00 per hour to 15-20 dollars per hour for production of parts and building vehicles. There are many stipulations to factory work. It has alot to do with health. If you have good health, you can learn a lot about the car industry and how machines are made. The career path that you choose is up to you. Don't be judgmental over blue collar work and the production of hardworking manufacturers in any industry.

Young people think about their future and how they want to spend it from the time they step into sophomore year. They dream of many things resulting from Licensed Practitioner Nurse and careers that pay well. Many people can't choose their future because of illness or another difficult circumstance. Those young people have to take larger decisions sooner than individuals who have the whole world at their fingertips. It doesn't matter whether they use technology to learn, there are other things evolved in their life.

Illness and family planning are the two major issues that get in the way of jobs. Sometimes people are more important than working because quality care of their relatives and children are more important than manufactoring, supply and demand and compensation. It results to niches on the side to suppliment their income and provide a service to others. If that is possible, it should be an experience that is pleasing to continue.

Work in any form or way can be very trying especially in a community. Neurological make-up doesn't determine one's will to work. Over the last twenty years individuals have provided a different way of working. Seniors, disabled Americans, and adolescents have created an industry online providing quality content to their neighbors by helping themselves at the same time. The content has provided a wealth of help to the publishing industry and to many workers for information. Blogging, article writing and other short tasks give researchers and companies a way to provide information to the public without an in house writer.

Psychologically, it seems that industry has changed with the century. There are more situations that cause stress between worker, employer and the relations of a company. If relations has to be more dependent on providing a good reputation, it should present a more humane environment for workspace and consumer. The presentation isn't as important as the morals and people behind the intent.

Sometimes when life gets you down, you tend to look above and notice all the beautiful stars in the sky. Tonight, the big dipper was at the very northeast and in full view. There was a flawless sky with not even a cloud hiding a star or hindering it's appearance. They were so bright and lovely. I will say it a hundred times and again, they look like a diamond necklace hanging from a goddess' neck.

Then you tend to remember the undesirable things you never wanted to remember. It was just mean hints that put you down. There's no sense in words, looks or any use for disrespect. The reason for disrespect is no tactful grace. Sometimes duct tape over the mouth is easier than talking about the things you don't want to continue thinking about.

I love making small niche websites, I don't spend money to make them either due to the fact they just reflect interests and sometimes I do small things to make myself laugh..What in the air? The instigators of sleep mostly has to do with anger, worry, pain, and much more. Many people get hungry during the time they usually go to sleep. The time before you go to sleep usually keeps you awake. Perhaps its something you’ve said, someone said to you or something that happened. There are several things you can do to get more sleep.

If you have chronic pain, it’s good to ask your doctor if there is away to eliminate annoying pain that keeps you awake. Sometimes, stretching helps pain in the joints of your body. If you can bend and flex joints that hurts. It can increase a burning sensation that helps the feeling of some ailments even if it is only temporary. If it seems dangerous seek help because you or someone could really need help. If you can’t stand worry, then deal with it before it gets worse.

Medication should always be the last resort to small problems. Small problems can be dealt with simply. Caffeine is and other stimulants should be taken with caution because they increase the heart rate and increase endorphins in the wrong way. Endorphins are fake energy. Real energy comes from good fuel. Good fuel makes you feel good and it keeps you balanced and less irritated. Sometimes being over stimulated can keep you awake rather than asleep. If the doctor thinks it’s necessary for you to take a sleep aid, try something less evasive so that you can go to sleep with less drowsiness when you get up.

There are thousands of ways to use baking soda, but I have discovered that there are some pretty cool ways of using baking soda in ways I haven't tried before. First of all, you can use it for an acne treatment. If you have a bump or something on your face, clean the area real good and then put a few bits of baking soda on it. It dries some of the bump out.

The second way that's a cool way of using baking soda is to use it like you would comet on your stove, sink or tile. It will clean the surface very nicely without scratching it up like bon ami or another cleaner close to it.

For courser stuff on your stove, you could also use salt. I was at the sink and spilled something one day, I said uh oh! and then something told me to use salt, so I grabbed a damp cloth and it came up perfectly with salt without a bother. Salt is course and crystal, with water, it disolves but halfway and it can really clean up annoying stuff. That's all for now, have a great day! I was reminded last night of a scene in kb toys which reminded me of another movie that I watched. The movie was a dingy romantic comedy which was a little like "The Most Beautiful Ugly Girl In The World" but the movie starred Ricki Lake and Paul Schnieder.

I was always reminded of the movie from a few peers. The movie stars Ricki Lake as a plus size lady who works as a cosmotologist in a morgue and "paints" dead peoples' faces so they don't look so shabby after they have croaked. She has a friend that's negative all the time and talks about Freudal bullshit and being in love with Sigmound Freud. The problem is neither girl has a boyfriend and's clueless to how to get one.

Then there's this guy whose always skating in his suspenders at Rock Center's skating rink. The guy has a skinny girlfriend Ricki Lake's character watches. She continues to see how the woman treats the man and how she could do so much better.
Ricki stops feeling sorry for herself and tries to take action with fashion and starts crimping her hair, doing herself up and begins to become his friend.
She and he get together behind the skinny girl's back and at a New Year's party she gets humiliated by the psycho skinny girl beating her up. I hate this movie because I was always told to watch it. It's just a movie...fiction and doesn't reflect reality when I noticed there are many guys that women shun that are a diamond in the rough that is unseen. :)

There are some reasons why women don't go there and meet up with different guys, why? It's because they are so worried how people might think of them. There are men that have a small impairment that may be two or three degrees under freud and are made fun of for one particular thing. This goes with teens too. If you are hanging with people usually, you get the impression that you think that they think. Oh shut your brain up and think about the good qualities that's in others because everyone makes mistakes and has to go through a period of fixing themselves. Just because other people have issues doesn't mean they aren't interested. I regret some things, I am too shy as an adult...I have a normal iq. My verbal and cognition is fine, but I don't feel worth a crap. You know why? Maybe it is conditional, physical. I am sorry for passing up opportunities. I am 36 now, why do I care? Sociologically and Psychological issues have nothing to do with physical properties of a woman's body and their effects on society. It was more so of a test to see how you would respond. Your response was based on media and how you would perceive someone with a small implementation of fractal problems. Your response was just as demonizing as looking in the mirror.

I was asking myself before I invested my money in something what makes it work so well, so I decided to look up the ingredients. I went to Wikipedia which is my source for the most basic information. I don't care about the damn snopes stuff, I just simply wanted to know is it any different from the other products that you find on the market for wrinkle reduction? I notice with everything you use you have to consult a doctor before you go to the extremities of using certain things because it happens to change things in your body. If you have certain types of chronic disease always ask your doctor before using it.

Wikipedia tells me that it has several different natural oils such as mineral type oils and benzoite: a chemical used for acne treatments and other types of shit that's in those creams. I am tired of spending everything i have on wrinkles when i am going to have it anyway. My mom used plain isophropyl alchohol on her face from the time she was a teen to now. She doesn't have that many wrinkles for a 67 year old woman.

I started to think to myself, wtf does this sound like? hmm...then ah...ass cream is what i thought. The problem is ass cream relaxes the muscles in your anal area so that it won't tear the inside of your renal area when it's extended too far out. The problem is with wrinkles when we smile or show emotions we use muscles in our face that causes wrinkles to happen and impliment them into the creases of our skin. Isopropyl alchocol tightens skin and clean pores. Ass cream has oils in it the same as strivectin sd....all those fruity berries don't mean a thing. Go to dollar general store and try preparation h on your face before using strivectin 9sd....you might find you don't need 80 dollars worth of cream that don't work. It probably takes shorter amounts of time for it to work, but use ass cream for a few days and see if laugh lines on face and eyes are gone..

In 1992, the collar or ribbon choker became popular again from the sixties. It was one of the most saught after fad piece of jewelry to add to a scoop neck blouse or shell. There are many pieces of clothing stylish today that could use the old fashioned ribbon neck choker or necklace. It doesn't require you to buy anything extra unless you aren't a crafter and don't have any ribbons or clasps.

Look for a unique old earring that doesn't have a back or mate. Make sure it's large enough to show off as a centerpiece for your choker. If you don't have an earring like this, it's okay, you can use an old pin, pendant, or charm off of a bracelet. Take a nice piece of velvet or silk ribbon and measure the piece around your neck comfortably. Just because it's called a choker doesn't mean you have to choke yourself.

Take a clasp from an old necklace that's not useable anymore and glue to the ends of the ribbon. Let it set until it's glued to the ribbon. Some jewelry pieces have big "jumper" rings that connect the charm to the earring or pendant. You will need a jumper ring big enough to feed through the ribbon. Place the charm on the jumper ring and feed it through the ribbon. You have a neat little jewelry piece that refurbishes one of your favorite charms.

I started doing this a few years ago when a voice came on and told me to do this. I had had offers in the past of sites like these, I was interested in trying it, but I was too chicken until I took the innitiative of hearing that voice and executing the action.

Have you ever wandered about those cheesy reality television stars and where they are now? I have noticed that our fine charred pals "jersey shores" cast made it to italy just recently. During the 2011 elections, I had been sick after a terrible staph infection and heat issues. Sarah Palin had been in the state to speak on behalf Robi.It was my birthday week and I was sick as a dog but I had to do my daily chores regardless of mental conditions and reactions to dumb jokes on the brain like Il saying "happy birthday" in a vivid mirage of sneezing, wheezing, coughing, headaches and weakness. I recently forgot the person that was governor canadate for democrats. The name popped into my mind and I laughed, I didn't remember who he was due to the fact that your brain can play jokes on you when you aren't well.

Of course, I am better now due to the fact that I need to take every precaution from the heat. When the governor elect, Bentley, starts to look like Golem from "Lord Of The Rings" then you know you are in bad physical shape and you've seen too many political advertisements. I also saw an Asian man in a photograph that favored Bentley. Of course, everyone has a twin, and they look just like Bactrum, OJ, and Tylenol.

I had also got tired of the scare campaign behind Republican campaigns. Scare campaigns make individuals freak out and have impaired judgements based on short scale situations. Canadates are supposed to be public servants not rich individuals who rule the world and it owes them a policy or two.

Both parties have great ideas, great tactics, and good judgement. Bentley has really good ideas and has made positive change for education and state economy, but one sided government tends to lag for every individual.

Heat, burning upper respitory infection and political pressure can change your mind and thoughts on many levels. It seems like some can use your mind to push issues many issues you wouldn't normally reason to do. There are unsung heroes that should have the glory for fighting the wars some political leaders take credit for, we shouldn't listen to political advertisements that express heroes of the political realm. Focus on what you can do for me and how you are going to do it. Show proof and map it out for me. Don't take credit away from the United States Military!

I have tons of favorite movies that come to mind, but some of them are more apparent than others. First movies that I really love are Romancing The Stone and Indiana Jones. Both have adventure and romance...I thought that may be what life was really about, but it's about more than that. The internal voice that we tend to listen to can't be forgotten for the pursuit of adventure and romance. Adventure and Romance is the pink of the sky as dusk hits dawn into the horizon. There's a sense of reality and balance to life in Romancing The Stone and Indiana Jones because both characters work. Katheryn Turner was an award winning novelist that had a sister in trouble in the movie which turned from boredom into this hysterically funny mess of a third world adventure. Indiana Jones was a stale professor who studied anthropology and archaeology but had crazy father and a knack for old things which turned to be the most important things that had to be preserved. He had a checkered past which tended to work in his favor of fate. Katheryn Turner's character didn't have it so lucky, she met up with some adventurer that had a bad attitude and wasn't so perfect. He unpeeled a stubborn Katheryn Turner and made a better woman.
Life isn't like that though, it's not about adventure, head in the clouds or bad sentences. You don't get high marks for not crossing your t's and dotting your i's. You don't get recognition for every small thing you do in this life because it doesn't pay bills or cut your grass or clean your house. If there was a romance novel about scrubbing your toilet that would be a pretty interesting one. I started reading 1984 by George Orwell. It starts out this dark and dusty world of Communist Utopia thats despairing and sad. As I look at some places in the world like that, it seems concrete, colorless and older than many places. The people aren't this way though, they are prideful, thoughtful and concerned for their well being. It's the same here too. I look at them and myself and I see two things that are so closely related.
Some things that are celebrated are brightly colorful and full of beautiful costumes and things. They have beautiful artifacts from many periods of dynasties as they have well preserved their country and national monuments. Taking pride in their country is very nice and blessed for them. This is utopia, but from a distance on the earth's surface it seems more than that. It looks desolate and cold eventhough you know that it's just as human as any other place. I held on to so many things like a miser for along time, and I felt so old and so sheltered because there was something to give back. When you release your arms and let go, you are able to push away those things that don't matter and be free completely of restraint. You allow yourself to get rid of free radicals that have invaded your heart and soul to be a part of something bigger.
Free radicals have no business in the bloodstream because they are alien to the body. Once you realize that you can release those things, you are able to freely love and not push so hard to make life harder. Our outside body is just a shell of a being. It's not what you look like on the outside however you did inherit your aunt's looks and your dad's eyes and mother's ears and shape. The inside soul is much more than that which allows your outer shell to unfold like cracking a colored Easter egg and eating the yolk and white. If you bite into one and it's not salty enough, you have to push yourself to salt it. Customs In The Deep South

As you know, Alabama is one of Southeastern most states in North America. Customs are different from those throughout the United States and you will find more family oriented. Families not only pray together but stay together through thick and thin despite for the need of independance. People need one another despite of personal needs and concerns and that's what's good about the South. People stay together and grow as a family respectively.

Every Sunday, people catch up on what their loved ones are doing and plan things like going to Lunch or Dinner. They mostly attend church together and then go to lunch. Families didn't traditionally work on Sunday in the earlier century, but since the economic plunge has happened some families have to work. Families are close nit with one another and work together to make things happen.

Interdependence has always been a part of independence and dependence regardless of one's own personal disputes and when one's mind wanders away from the crowd. People take care of their loved ones that are sick and more than ever you see special needs children and adults with their loved ones. They aren't put away in a center or hidden. They are a part of the community and very loved by their church family and the neighbors. No one has a problem with strangers and in fact there are no such things as strangers in Alabama. Families of more multicultural backgrounds are moving into both rural and urban areas and are proud of their slow speaking, ice tea drinking neighbors. It doesn't matter who they are or what they have done with their lives, if they prove themselves to be hard workers and have high reserve, they are very welcome.

When a family member passes on, neighbors call and check up on his/her household. They bring food over and help their neighbors take care of things. They gossip on the phone when they call their friends and make plans for lunch at the Chinese or Mexican resteraunt. They work hard and expect their co-workers to do the same thing because that's how life works. You can't do without another individual and you can't stay to yourself when the whole neighborhood wants you to join in.

We go fishing in the spring and summertime. We catch the fish and pack them in the cooler and if we have more than we want, we give them to someone else that might need them. If we are lucky enough, we might catch a late show, beer and a plate from a friend or significant other.

One thing Southerners don't stand for is rich individuals who take from the poor and take from the neighborhood. We are family we stick together and we fight for what's right. If we pass by someone on the side of the road that's broke down, we stop and fix a flat or look at the engine for them. If they have no way to get home, we take them home regardless how far it is. If it's out of town, we take them to the nearest public place that's safe or bring them home with us.

Ingram's marketplace is one of the cheapest grocers in the Lake Martin area. I happened to get some of the best deals on meat and veggies that I have in weeks. I spent 87.67 on all my household needs. I got a beef roast, some nice lean porkchops, skinless chicken breasts, my slice and hard cheese and much more. I had money left over to spend $10 at subway to buy my family some sandwiches.

There are limited issues with getting the help you need. Everything's always where you can find it without any problems. If you need a loaf of bread, they have Roman bread, Colonial and all the major brands. The fruits and veggies are cheaper than the retail chains. I bought a bag of fugi apples for $3.74. They aren't shellacked and they are very juicy. Many chains shellac their apples before they sell them. These apples didn't have any chemical taste to them.

I got a relatively nice package of yellow corn meal for $1.46. The name brand Martha White. I also found also our favorite brand of yellow grits on sale. There aren't many chains that sell the same particular brand of yellow grits in Tallassee, Alabama except for Superfoods. We live closer to the Eclectic city limits than we do Tallassee. Ingram's Marketplace found all my weekly needs of everyone in the house. They also had major name brands of all the laundry detergents like Tide, Gain, And Sun. I have always used Sun when I am on a tight budget.

I am no expert and creating websites but I find it fun and productive. Constructive small jobs are basically all I can try right now due to some physical stuff that's going on. I have learned that complaining doesn't help me or anyone else, so I just try to put my time into something that I can do. I know I need a great webhosting site but most of the sites that I am using are completely free. My sites are basically something that teaches a subject and I also write stories and blog on networks like Yahoo Partner Network, Bukisa and several blogger sites like this one.
I try to concentrate on subjects like opensource software, linux distributions for older computers, blogging techniques, business writing forms for everyday people, publishing advertising, animation, independant musicians and artists, making friends, and much more. It's nothing that's not positive or wholesome. I spent last year learning about local botany and species of animals in my area. Maybe I live in a house full of people (4) but I do try to do something eventhough it isn't as fruitful as I want it to be. It's not repetitive or self destructive like many people get themselves into.
I am very proud of my loved ones. I have so many loved ones that are good at what they do. I learned to work hard at things from my grandmother who taught me I didn't have to be a lumberjack to do things. She was a school teacher, mother and entrepenuer. That's what I know and what I am doing right now. Maybe I am not Freud but I can help individuals. I have helped classmates, over the ten years I have been online, I have helped more than enough.
When I found out I had autism, I was hurt because I thought I was limited. There are different levels of autism like there are many diseases neurological and chronic. It's a small disorder, but I can still swing with the big dogs as well as anyone else. I grew up that way, maybe I am not as popular with the opposite sex as I would like to be because I m uncertain about my status. Even if I am, I guess I can have companionship with friends of the opposite sex. There is nothing wrong with being a plutonic friend, I just remember my slight autism and let it go at that.

   Some individuals go after political elections like a football game. They root for their favorite team and promote their team with their favorite colors. The problem is there are more serious repercussions in the political system. Individuals don't play fair when it comes to political elections. They use propaganda in the news which tarnishes the other side's image and tarnishes party image. The psychological problems of citizens is scare tactics used by political parties that makes others uneasy and make rash decisions.

   The political parties are after a job, and the job is to work in a certain office for the citizen of the United States or another country. It's not to scare, threaten and cheat their way into an office. Many citizens can talk about politics all day long without fail, but it doesn't change the fact that one politician is going to say one thing and do another. If you give one politician enough money, he'll say whatever you want to hear to get your money or vote. It doesn't necessarily mean he's going to do what you ask him to do. Eventually, we lose confidence in one party when change and hope isn't taken seriously in one particular way. It doesn't mean that every person running for office is going to be this way.

   Leaks in government information will happen and when we find out the inevitable about certain people. We realize that losing hope was coming. When we continually ask for something to happen such as guinea pigs not to take certain treatment in a particular way, it doesn't happen. Perhaps letting the best canadate win and walking away from the whole idea would be the best route to walk on. Individuals are just as what God made them to be, each unique and different. We aren't supposed to be conformed to anyone but only to God. Do our political leaders conform to God? I don't know what's in everyone's soul, but I know if I want someone to take the job, I would like them to fix things. If it's too harsh for them to fix, at least please take proper steps for the next one that takes office.

  Medical research is constantly changing and ethic issues are somethings people worry about. There was a woman in a coma a few years ago brain damaged. She had been on life support for almost ten years. She was alive, she responded to light, sound and the voices of her family members. Her husband wanted to move on with his life with another woman. He wanted her plugs pulled, but there were people who completely fought the government, the nursing home and many other things. People protested, but government essentially won over Terri Shaivo who once had life in her had life taken from her.

For someone to use their office as a citizen as a puppet, it's wrong. To force someone into politics is totally wrong. If someone wants to vote Democratic, let them. If someone wants to vote Green Party, let them and if Ralph Nader wins, it's not because pigs have wings and can fly. It's because individuals are tired of Republicans and Democrats. The funny part of both of those, Autism has different degrees on the spectrum. There are moderate republicans, neo-conservative republicans and tea party favorites, extreme liberals are just as bad not with faith inituative, but with extreme special interests. Some Evangelical and Special Interests are just as bad as one another. I stay away from politics, but somehow it stays in my bloodstream even if I want to get rid of it. "Monsters" tend to bring it up more than I do NOW.

Mental Anxiety and attacks are harbored by individuals all over the planet. They can come as quickly as a flash take your breath and leave you gasping for air. How do they start? They start by simply maybe by a boss demanding too much work, health related issues that make the simple seem impossible, or a break that never seems to happen. Anxiety can be a very extreme case or it can be as simple as a very easy thing.

Anxiety attacks are caused from things in the mind that causes a chemical reaction from neurotransmitters, medication that you may be on or a family history of some panic problems. If your family has a history of autism, schitzophrenia, adhd, and other related disorders, it could be a family member has anxiety attacks too. Some people that have limited knowledge of the way the brain works can judge you to challenge the attacks. If an individual isn't well prepared, it could leave an individual with a number of setbacks due to certain conditions.

Setbacks are caused by an over reaction to a situation which relates to several things. Their socio-economic issues in the community, their inner circle, their neurological and hereditary makeup and pressure that has been placed on them by a job or particular role they play in life. Perhaps a person with a slight disorder is capable mentally of taking care of themselves, but physiologically setback. Suppose another hypothetical issue harbors some problems which some scientists may want to call regression. An autistic patient may have the knoweledge or know how to do something, but their issues of generalized anxiety disorder and physical state keeps them from going forward. Being an adult is very easy and comes thouroughly to them, but their loved ones pick at them and treat them much younger than they really are until they believe they are that age.

It may not be one's loved ones that do this to them. Perhaps the problem has to be on a fuller scale and perhaps the patient has nothing to do with the problems of others and becomes a part of the solution without the mass annoyances that caused the problem. It wouldn't work because the anxiety from meeting the person that dealt with the individual negatively would continue to bother them. Erasing thoughts from the mind can take years to do with the support of psychologists or not. Childhood traumas can cause longtime suffering due to the fact that one dealt with extremely difficult decision and problem solving based on the limited choices given and proposed to them.

The fact that one says an individual with anxiety, regression,and disorder doesn't mean that the individual can't be fixed. Jennifer Knapp wrote a song called "Lord Undo Me". The fact that the Father is here at all times and can make everything better might work for some and may be all they need. One's religion and the practice of true psychology and therapy can do a great deal of good. Lotions and potions that one claims wards away evil aren't exactly what an individual needs to help themselves. Anxiety is something that you have to work on piece by piece understanding what is needed to work. You take one step at a time to get better, not staying tied in nots and making the same tourette routines again to make a "bad old sitcom happen again" you have to reach out to the pereson when you think they are going around the bend again and say, "Hey stop." "We have to fix this right and then go about it slowly making it better, not worse and not to the part of setbacks.

Environmental changes and our health

Years ago, the climate and environment wasn't the same as it is in the United States now. The United States has had an astounding effect during the months of La Nina and El Nina. The effects of carbon emissions on the environment has caused more illness in the last 15 years than ever. To me, I think it has a lot to do with chemical changes within the environment around us.

If you'll notice, our greed for petroleum could be causing significant changes within our own environment. The price of unleaded fuel at your local gas station cost at least 2.95 per gallon. It would cost almost $70 to fill your Cadillac Escalade or larger sports utility vehicle. When you burn all that oil it gives a significant change in the air around you.

The Montreal Protocol gives significant evidence to statement of climate issues and carbon emissions. This statement is based on the fact that halogenated hydrocarbons have made a great roll in destroying the ozone layer. Chlorine, Bromine and other terrible substances have taken part in deterioration of the ozone layer. These gases and compounds have caused more global warming, an outbreak of more invasive allergies growing and an increase of more cancer. If you are doing everything right and still feel ill, this is probably why.

More emphasis on restoring our earth by trying to stop emissions from destroying the stratosphere is important in proper health of the population, vegetation, and our animals. The Montreal Protocol was signed by Reagan in 1987 in order to protect the stratosphere and later adapted into many other regions of the world.

The dependance on petroleum isn't only killing us, but it takes money out of our pockets. Some cities are adapting exchanges with local resteraunts to burn used cooking oil in many of their transit buses and transportation. There is not enough cooking oil in the world to make every motor automobile run on used vegetable oil. Too much ethanol can destroy a motor and still produce some emissions. There are several different natural models that scientists are working with to make more efficient alternative oils. Clean coal has been as an alternative to some alternative energies.

Everyone always knew I was a sweet kid. I didn't start any fights or instigate anything in between peers. I stayed to myself. When I was younger, my brother and his friends would play but they would always pick at me to the point of shoving and slapping, but after a few big bruhahas, I stopped. My father always told me that fighting was never the right result regardless of anything else. You don't throw any punches at all.

Passiveness was an approach that I took instead. Boys would pick at me and tell me how nice I looked eventhough I knew they were only goofing. They would also pick at me for being stinky, so much if I am poor. I was still embarrassed of it. I would never take any friends home due to the way my house looked or anything else. I had lots of friends regardless of picking and attacks. I had smart friends that had sense enough to treat me with respect regardless of my autism which I didn't know at the time.

I had to learn to keep myself out of traps that I had seemed to fall into before. I had several girls that wanted to kick my butt for a small something. I think it was frivolous. I had a rock to hit me in the back of the head and I also had lewd remarks talked to me. At the time, I was going through something much like a physical withdrawal which had alot to do with more off behavior, but not in a mean defensive way. My defense mode was not throwing any punches or saying anything off.

I noticed I was asked to go many places, but there was something funny about each time I was asked. I backed out of it because they were acting very odd. For the sake of my own security, I would pull out each time. I had a feeling something else was going on because I was getting weird vibes from them. When you don't know someone too well, you don't go places with them for the sake of yourself. If you feel anything off. Tell someone yourself. This didn't happen at ECHS, but somewhere else.

Being passive and polite is one thing, but others intention and dissention can lead to dangerous things. Especially if the individual is quiet and etc. I can't stress upon enough the importance of knowing those around you. If people act funny, then tell someone. You know yourself when something is wrong. If you can see with your own eyes, you know for sure.

If people cannot be polite to you and speak at the right tone of voice when they call you on the telephone, make sure you ask them to speak clearer if so you can understand them. If there are too many interferences that make you uncomfortable, tell someone. It probably is a joke at your expense but you can tell someone to help you out and hopefully they will. If they don't, I am hoping someone will.

Bullying can be a form of teasing on the level of someone who has intellectual disabilities and someone using their "own" intelligence to embarrass them or make them feel uncomfortable. It doesn't make their behavior right. Passiveness is what I usually take on that nature because I don't want to get embarrassed worse. I have to stay away from those people from further embarrassment. Sometimes kin will pick at you on this level if you have an intellectual ability. It's both embarrassing for you and the person you may be talking to on the telephone or have with you. For that person's behavior and your intellectual challenges it would be embarassing. If you weren't able to express cognitively how it affected you, It was like living in a difficult place perhaps, you know someone like this that needs help.

Your problem could be simple or to a huge complex issue. It doesn't exactly matter. Get on the phone and speak to someone. You can be as passive as you want toward them, but if there are some things tearing you up inside, you need to talk to someone.

Meaning Of Small Things

Tonight, I usually read my nightly devotional on Our Daily Bread which talks about how small things are more important than the most extravagant things one would want. It comes right before Christmas as a notion to stop and think about how we can be kinder without spending a dime. I am not perfect, but in the past I wasn't so humble as I am now. Life by the reigns tends to humble the biggest of us. (You know what the old saying goes, the bigger we are the harder we fall).

"The God of mercies is the God of all comforts" (2 corinthians 1:3-4. God comforts us, so we should comfort others. I have experienced some pretty harsh things and realize sympathies are important not only to our favorite people but everyone. Not many people think that we should comfort those we don't like regardless of what the say to us and how angry we get. God gives us the peace and mercy to deal with the personality clashes we deal with on a regular basis.

Another passage that tends to hit home with this one would be, "Would you give your brother a stone if he asked for a piece of bread? Always offer your bread to those are hungry and God will bless you. He won't bless you with billions of dollars, all expense paid vacations or expensive items, but it will make your day to show kindness and respect to someone even if they don't deserve it. Take a pact today to show someone love through just the small things.

When I was a kid, I would tell my older siblings and parents that I had a dillema. My line would be, "I don't want them to think that I like so-and-so better or make that I didn't like a particular thing. It was pointless to ask because my indifferences turned to their haughty and opinionated ideas.

I don't talk too much because of my shyness. People don't mind but my folks think i am too stupid. I want to treat others like I want to be treated, but they think I tend to worry too much about what others think. Maybe I do, but I would like them to like me. I have good heart, but a small bit of pessimism that throws me off guard. Maybe sometime I will be nice and look pretty

I love Halloween, don't you? I love seeing everyone dress up around T-town and E-town. Some employees at the local stores and McDonald's dress up for the occasion. The children are so adorable, parents and kids both get creative with their costumes because sometimes store bought costumes tend to be the same. I remember so many fond memories of Halloween around t and e town. It's alot of fun.

If you are a little old like me, you might want to pick out some bad B-movies to watch. I love them myself I got a few from publicdomaintorrents to watch. They have old martial arts flicks, sci-fi flicks and horror flicks that are extremely funny and some are actually so bad they are good like "horror express". You can download them to your laptop, burn a dvd or watch them on your ipod or psp. Some are black and white, some are still in color. My favorites are horror express, four robbers, 100,00 reefs under the sea, and night of the living dead.

If you have a date, don't want to waste anytime going to the movies and laugh at something, those are some great titles. I myself want to load up on the snickers, but my thighs.

The Acapulco Grill is a new Mexican restaurant that opened up in Tallassee a few months ago. The owners are really nice and the food is delicious. The restaurant was having trouble getting customers. The food is really good and you get alot of bang for your buck.

We thought Acapulco was closed after my mom's friend had closed the restaurant, but I saw about four gentlemen in the restaurant this afternoon. I told her I think that the restaurant was still opened because there wouldn't be that many people in there if it weren't.

My mom's friend was going to close the resteraunt because of the customer issue. The men stepped in and helped her out with management and with the food. We didn't have much money this evening and my father was really hungry and didn't want Chicken and Rice again.
My father got a huge chicken quesidilla with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos in a huge pie like pan for $7.50. My mom's beef burritos were loaded with ground beef with Monterrey jack smothered on top with salsa. They were $1.99 a piece. The burritos are really good especially when hot.

Try them out for lunch, food is really good and Margaritas are only $1.99. They are wonderful!
They serve beer in case you want a cold one instead.

The town of Norman gave him a going away party and his friends left him with a pair of sneakers that he had made for him. They were steel-toed and looked like Lugz. British Petroleum has ruined the Gulf Coast region of Alabama by not putting enough effort unto the spill. There is still a huge gap in the oil well underwater that keeps gushing into the shorelines of Alabama and other gulf regions. Animals have been more effected by the oil than humans alone.

It's been awhile since billions of dollars worth of oil off of America's gulf coast continously floods the ocean regions The sugary white beaches of Alabama is tainted by crusty and smelly huge clumps of petroleum. The gushing well is killing the young bottle-nosed dolphins that harbor the coast. Fish species that belugas and bottle-nosed dolphins feed on tend to be disappearing in the oil. There is not enough help on the coast for citizens to work side by side alone to deal with all the damage.

Do you remember those awful sailor jumpsuits from early 90's? If you were a teen during that time, that was one of the biggest things and the baggier the better. Now that we look back, we can say damn, "I looked like a flowery clown!"
    I had two of them. I had one I got at "Bargain Town" which was a low priced store during the 80's and early 90's. This store had very low priced clothing underneath $10. I got most of my clothes on lay-a-way there when I went to school. I didn't have high priced clothing or much growing up, but I had the aqua-net and the "party-pants". I
    I don't have any pictures available at this time, I know that you would most definitely want to see me in that one. I searched far and wide for my Easter Sunday Dress and this is what I came up with. Do you know what toddler's wear to church? It was the adult version of that, yes it was that bad! I wore it to school, all the girls had them, just because it was cheap didn't mean that I didn't blend in.
    Okay there was one, it looked like my grandmother's curtains. Everyone said they were ugly. I just had to wear it since I didn't have nothing else. I wish that I didn't . I was beat up a lil' bit verbally on that one.
     I've never had anything of real value except for this computer and a trumpet growing up. My father said if I got it, I would have to play it through out high school. I never thought of this, but the funny things we used to wear as a kid we can all relate to and laugh about!

This lady was the most popular jazz singers of her country and in the world, "Pata Pata" went from South Africa to North America to Japan. This song was one of the greatest hits of 1967.
My folks didn't know "pata pata" isn't that really unusual? When I was a child I knew the song but I didn't know who sang the song. Maybe I possibly imagined the voice along with the face, I pictured her to be a pretty lady with braids and beads on the end in 1981. I had a hearing test before I entered Kindergarten. I saw this nice looking lady with braids and large beads. To my suprise, when I saw this video on youtube. I realized my mind wasn't wrong about Ms. Miriam Makeba. She was the same lady with the wild fun eyes, big smile and long braided hair with beads. This is her video. Ms. Miriam died November 10, 2008. She will be missed and her song is forever here with us.

When I go to get my ice, I notice that there is a small but cute cafe on Gilmer Avenue called Sheila C's Burger Barn. I have never been to this place but they are said to have the best hamburgers in town. The Burgers are huge, I have seen them. They are fixed to perfection and cost compared to Mcdonald's and Hardee's hamburgers. This hamburger has more meat on it than both hamburgers combined if you like your thickburgers. Red Hill Cottage

There's a cute little cafe down highway 229 on Tallassee's rural route called "Red Hill Cottage". This little cafe has gardening goodies as well as some of the best food in town. I know the people that own this resteraunt and they are about the best people you could ask to run a cafe. The cafe has homestyle food such as their own famous beef stew. My aunt Myrtice's favorite is their banana pudding which is a cooked banana pudding with a big topping of meringue.

The cottage is open on specific days during the week. They have specialties on specific days of the week. I guess this keeps customers from getting tired of the menu. I like Red Hill Cottage's turkey sandwich. It's a grilled turkey steak with a topping of cole slaw right on top of the grilled turkey steak. It has just the tiniest hint of sauce on it which makes the sandwich grand. If you get a sandwich, you get a choice of a free dessert. That's not a bad price for 3.95.

I strolled around the cottage with my aunt on friday afternoon. I had never been inside before. They want people to know they grill with the big green egg grill. I see it all around the resteraunt. There are alot of neat little trinkets and artwork on the inside. The resteraunt looks like a cozy little country home that's very inviting. If you get a chance to go down highway 229 from Tallassee, the Red Hill Cottage is on the left coming from Tallassee.
You'll be glad you did. This resteraunt scored a 99 on inspector's list so it's as clean as you can get!

I lost my brother, I was just a few months younger than he was. I was born in '75 and he was born in '74. He died Sunday at 11:45pm in bed. He died of a massive heart attack. Tonight when I was at the funeral home, I couldn't believe how many people had loved my brother so much and they were very comforting to the family. The most beautiful people around me are those that had been around me all along. I have a slight form of autism, though I am not too socialable. As you know, an artist by the name of Audobon was very interested in birds. He would hunt these beautiful creatures down and paint them as naturally as he could. To this date, there hasn't been an artist that was able to capture the birds as well as Audobon was able to distinguish with watercolors and ink.

Today that artist has had a society named after him. This society is about preserving America's birds and water fowl. I giggled so hard when I saw this video because it's so darned cute, especially the doctor with the beard. The Oregon hospital created this video in order to promote Breast Cancer Prevention. I wish that I could give as much love as these people do on a regular basis. There are so many people that have come together for breast cancer. Some members of government are trying to stop mammograms, for some people that would really destroy the heath care system because mammograms are very important to health of women. The Susan B. Komen Foundation has really came through for women who can't afford breast examinations. My grandmother had a lump in her breast and she had to have her breast removed because of it. Survivors of breast cancer owe their lives to the mammograms and doctors like those at the St. Vincent Hospital in Oregon. Please watch this video and pass it on to the nearest person!

Everyone hates washing dishes

This Thanksgiving, I decided to buy some disposible dining utensils and ware since no one likes to wash dishes. I don't mind spending an extra dollar or two to make everyone's Thanksgiving experience a little better. I thought maybe a chicken casserole from Ingram's Marketplace would work, but our family is having a "corn bread dressing cookoff" which will consist of several pans of Cornbread dressing.
There are some great looking desserts ready made at Ingram's Marketplace in Eclectic Alabama as well as casseroles that are ready made. If you are in a hurry or can't cook like me, then this is very good for you.
Another idea is some great smelling candles, and condiments. Have a nice one until next time!

I have readers from other countries who may be unaware of how Thanksgiving started. Thanksgiving started as a celebration to Thank God for the new land that he gave them. Many people don't celebrate thanksgiving, but celebrate a fall type of festivity that includes eating a feast. Thanksgiving feast was collaborated by Indians and Pilgrams who colonized in the United States after the Mayflower landed.

How do you socialize among one another? Does the world hear every whisper, every story you tell while you write or how you say something nicely without being another way, but wind up being that way because you can't get away with anything? Some people say if you just listen to someone things make life easier. It doesn't take alot to read a sentence, enjoy a paragraph or two then give your simple reply. If you see someone struggling with words, try to help them along. They may have something important to say and it doesn't come out right. Sometimes people can be so spiteful and do things deliberately according to political party lines. The partie's alterior motives may not reflect what you want out of them and how you get it. We live in a very very interesting world and alot of things that are happening don't seem real, but they are and some are not. We can only judge a book by the cover if we wrote that one. If you didn't write the book, try to read it the wrong way, you just might miss the point.

The Amazing Handheld Sewing Machine

I bought one of these little things on ebay which was a Changshan. This company made Cheongsam for weddings and other occasions. It was a sewing machine company and set of designers during the early part of the 1900's. I noticed the spring said "Goodbye" to me and the word "Ha" was written on the roof of it's mouth. Getting stuff from Ebay is risky. This was a little prank but I think it kept my garbage can company for a little while.

I bought another one from suntek store brand new. This one came with instructions. I just have to get my mind set on learning how to use it. It is great for tears and for small things such as pockets and etc. It looks like a stapler annd works like one. It has a bobbin on the side which goes into a tension wheen which carries a nut, from there back behind a loop into a normal sewing machine needle and it also has a feed dog. It didn't cost a fortune. The reason I purchased it was my grandmother had several like it. They were tucked away. She let my brother and I play with her singer sewing machine growing up. My granny and brother tried to teach me to sew, but I couldn't. I used holes and lacing to created doll's clothing and used hand stitches which weren't perfect. They all laughed at me because they weren't perfect.

The fact that I continue and keep going means that I don't ever give up on anything regardless whether it be a silly little seing issue or anything else. I will keep fighting regardless how shakey I get and shakiness only makes my determination stronger

The Country Mile

The Country mile has been around since the latter part of the 80's and it's still here today. It has been owned by multiple owners. This owner happened to be my brother's really good friend. They still speak on occasions. There is a charm to this small store. You are greated with a smile. The prices aren't too bad for a convienance store and they bring alot to customers that other country stores don't have.
Their gas doesn't contain Ethanol and they won't sell it because it burns too quickly and some stores are cheating customers on it. The facts are treat your customers good by getting them really good gasoline. I make it my choice to stop here every chance I get. I used to play rummy with my friend at this store and an long friend that died of cancer. He had a tough time with it and finally passed away. My friend has her own family now, very beautiful and her family is happy in Utah.
There's a lot of controversy in our little community about liquor sales. Mike sells beer and not alot of hard liquor. This store is very kid friendly, there are slushies, a huge aisle of candy and ice cream (oh yeah, Cuppachino) :) If you live in Red Hill Alabama down highway 229. Make it your personal point to go and visit this store and tell Mike I sent you!

The Brantley's business

The Brantley's of Tallassee and Chana Creek have had a very good business setting. They have a sign shop in Chana Creek for making your business look nice for customers and their hobby is making floats for the upcoming parades. They just finished homecoming a few weeks back. The upcoming seasons are the Christmas Parade and Christmas on the Coosa. Mr. Ronald Brantley has a column that I pretty much enjoy in the Tallassee Tribune. He talks about how things have changed around him from his perspective and it's intelligent and very fun without any prejudices.
The local Barber Shop many people visit. It's located on Gilmer Ave. across from Primesouth bank. I used to visit when I was a child and I got my bangs cut every so often. The haircuts are slightly higher than they were when I was a kid, but the service is always good with conversation and they treat their customers with respect regardless of whether it's a haircut or a sign.
Mr. Ronald Brantley used to have a television show on local access channel. He would show local talent, have a good time with Eclectic and Tallassee High School students and report local news. The TV show was talked about by all of the local people in the Lake Martin area. Now they talk about his column and how great it is.
There's no business like local businesses. Brantley's Sign Shop, Brantley's Barber Shop and his column in the Tallasee Tribune is worth every penny you put into it!

Getting Hilarity Out Of Writing About Batteries

Frank the battery has become a series that I've written about on a website that obviously needs keyword stories for batteries. I write about Frank the battery who's a piece of crap battery that is in a old mini cooper and has a shell-shocked veitnam veteran of a owner. This battery has to be recharged all the time, yesterday he made a new friend and together they taunt the crap out of Dr. Phil the owner. I cannot believe that came out of my skull but it did. I tried to find wassa today, but Superfoods in Tallassee didn't have it! :( I was sad, but found wholewheat saltine crackers. They have a slighter sweet taste than a plain white cracker, have less calories and taste great with PepperJack cheese. I still feel badly that I didn't have Wassa. I think I had Wassa crackers at my friend Karen's house, but it's been so long ago that I don't hardly remember.

I found a recipe for Swedish Crispbread online. The Swedish eat this during the holiday season, and it's exactly what a Wassa cracker is. The Wassa cracker is only 25 calories per serving and they are big crackers. The biggest crackers! There are all sorts of recipes to top these things. Urrgh! I just wanted one!

If you are interested in the recipe, I found it online. You can do whatever you want with it. I think I got it from netcooks.com. It's got ryebread and much more with it! I hope you like this recipe, I can't tell you exactly how many calories these have in it, but you can figure it out by the amount of stuff you put into it! Have a great day!

Swedish Crisp Bread
Wonderful, Traditional Swedish Crispbreads
25 g yeast
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
0, 8 cup flour
2 cups rye flour + 0,4 cups rye flour for baking

Crumble the yeast into a bowl and mix it with lukewarm water.

Add salt, flour and rye flour. Knead the dough and allow it to rise for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll into balls. Allow them to rise again. Rise under a cloth for 5-10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F and preheat the plates as well.

Roll out the balls into flat rounds with a rolling pin covered with rye flour. Put the rounds of crispbread on the hot plates and then nibble them. Make a small hole in the middle with a small glass.

Bake the crispbreads for about two minutes on each side. Watch the crispbread carefully as it burns easily.

Let the crispbreads cool on wire racks.

The Cotton Festival In Eclectic Alabama

This Saturday, The Cotton Festival comes to our little town of Eclectic Alabama. There's a lot to do there and the famed country music group "Mustang Sally" will be there. They are pretty new but awesome act for anyone who loves the new kind of country and doesn't gripe about new stuff!
They always have fresh baked goods on site, not packaged crap from the convenience store, but fresh stuff for you and your family to enjoy. Also take part in a relaxed setting of a sweet little town that's not boring by any means. Eclectic is a strong tight-nit community that has plenty to offer those that come to join them.

Saturday goes too quickly

Today was pretty during the morning hours, but it's been cooler. Tonight, just a little bit too nippy but comfortable. My sister called just a few hours ago and my old almer mater won best in class, best in show and most entertaining band in a Pell City, Alabama competition. When I went to Elmore County High School, it was about like that too.

Trade day took place in Tallassee, Alabama today which was a very small outing kind of like a swap meet and local business sampler. Artists brought their works out for everyone to see. I didn't get to go, but saw some vendors selling tennis shoes brand new for $10.00 a pair. They were probably name brand, but I couldn't get close enough to see.

Beethoven had to get his stitches out at Dr. Mitchell's Animal Hospital. He did well, his wounds are healing from the lipoma being removed. I am very relieved to see him get better. We came home and ate lunch, I think I had ramen noodles and a chicken leg. The noodles weren't good with corn in them, but with the cheddar cheese, ramen noodles are pretty good that way.

I had to later on go back into town to get my soy milk and cheese. I have an issue of being totally adapted to that soy milk, people say it's nasty, but I like it. I don' t get gastrointestinal issues that cow's milk gives me. I don't like skim so I choose soy. I stopped by Dollar General and got my favorite laundry detergent in which I haven't used in awhile which is Sun with Cuddlesoft. It makes my clothing soft.

I've enjoyed the cool mornings for the last few days, I walk to feed my donkeys their stock and stable, and horse cubes. If you are in the Tallassee, area and don't know where to get your feed. There's a really nice place called "The Feed Mill" in Chana Creek. There is a really cool family that will help you with your horses, dogs, goats, cows and donkeys. Life as Samantha Taylor

I first started this blog to talk about various things that I was interested in and how you can get involved with different things, but something else touched my heart. I cannot talk about those things that deeply hurt me so many years ago. That would be wrong as this is a POSITIVE blog. I just want to talk about things that we have in common like what's going on in the news, autism, politics, music, celebrities, our social networking stuff and much more.
There are other things to share too like what happened to me today, how I felt about that and that funny thing I almost forgot about! :) That's the best way to explain things to you. I noticed I have alot in common with a friend of mine that's autistic too. We have alot in common and I probably have more in common with a lot more people! I haven't done much talking for the past 18-19 something years from illness, and I am trying to recover right now. One thing I've learned about myself... uh I'm a fighter! I don't give up too easily and in fact I have noticed I cannot give up at all!
I think that everyone that's had a inability for awhile notices they have more strength then they think they have and they focus on petty things that gets intertwined with what they are really mad about. What am I mad about? plenty! I wouldn't be human if I didn't get angry. What am I most passionate about? I am looking forward to living a long healthy life and my health is taken more seriously now (eventhough I scarfed down two 1/2 pieces of pizza and part of a hamburger this afternoon. I did however keep up with the soy milk this morning and the cheerios. Tommorrow is what we look forward to and we have to look forward to that day, and if we don't we have nothing! Let's look forward to tommorrow and not spend to much time dwelling on the past and letting it eat us away!
